Misi
- To implement and continuously improve good governance in the teacher education study program through efficient and effective information and communication technology–based management systems.
- To deliver education and instruction supported by a strengthened curriculum and integrated with innovative research and community service programs in the field of English Language Education.
- To conduct innovative, productive, and sustainable research programs relevant to English Language Education and to promote the production of reputable scholarly publications.
- To implement community service programs that are responsive to societal needs and aligned with the application of knowledge and research outcomes in English Language Education.

- Producing effective and efficient governance based on information technology to support the implementation of learning processes, capacity building, services, and partnerships that strengthen teaching, research, and community service activities.

Strategi
- Implementing an integrated digital-based academic management system (e-office, e-learning, e-research, e-service) to support learning processes, administration, student services, and partnership management in a transparent, efficient, and accountable manner.
- Developing an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum integrated with soft skills, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and practical field experience (MBKM) to enhance graduates’ competitiveness at the national and global levels.
- Encouraging lecturers and students to conduct collaborative research based on community needs and global issues, particularly in English language teaching, through a structured and sustainable study program research roadmap.
- Organizing mentoring programs for scientific article writing and international publications (publication clinics, incentives, and research collaborations) for lecturers and students to increase the quantity and quality of reputable publications.
- Integrating the study program’s research outputs into community service programs based on partnerships with schools and communities, such as teacher training, English literacy programs, and the development of learning media, so that the impact is directly felt by society.
